Cancellations and Rescheduling
We get it - life happens. All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move a scheduled appointment. That window lets us offer the slot to someone else and keeps our crews running efficiently.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late-cancellation fee may be applied. We’ll always be upfront about any such charge before it’s assessed, and we’re happy to work with you if a genuine emergency comes up.
Limitation of Liability
We stand behind our work, and we take care on every job. That said, our liability to you is limited to the total cost of the specific services we provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - including lost income, property damage unrelated to our scope of work, or similar losses - even if we were advised that such outcomes were possible.

Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate we provide is prepared in good faith based on the information available at the time. However, final pricing may differ if on-site conditions turn out to be different from what was initially described - unexpected complications, additional materials, or scope changes can affect the total.
If we discover something that would change your cost, we’ll let you know before we continue. We won’t proceed with work beyond the original estimate without giving you the chance to review and approve the revised figure first.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or to stay current with legal requirements. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top of the page.
